Key Responsibilities:
As an Officer Sales at Sapphire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Regular communication with clients, follow-ups on inquiries, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
- Verifying and reconciling invoices, bills, and payments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Generating reports to provide insights into sales performance and assist in decision-making processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or Master’s in Commerce (M.Com).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the textile industry.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in ERP (Oracle) data management will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
