Job Title: Senior Merchandising Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities: As a Senior Merchandising Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and delivery of sampling, as well as maintaining the quality standards and communication with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. On-Time Sampling Planning: Create and manage a sampling plan to ensure samples are developed in a timely manner.
  2. Sample Delivery: Ensure that samples are delivered as per agreed-upon delivery dates and meet the required quality standards.
  3. Trim Sourcing: Manage the sourcing of necessary trims and materials required for sampling.
  4. Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sampling, GGT (Garment Grading and Testing), R&D (Research and Development), and Washing, to fulfill sampling and product/costing requirements.
  5. Customer Communication: Maintain proactive and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about progress, timelines, and any potential issues.
  6. Document Management: Ensure the timely provision of all necessary documents for planning and production.
  7. Buy Ready Issues: Work closely with customers to ensure the timely resolution and closing of all buy-ready issues, including sample and bulk approvals, in accordance with bulk buy dates.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or a relevant degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
