Job Role: As a Manager/Senior Manager for Evaluation (NBES) & Training, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and maintaining controls within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Developing and delivering training programs to enhance staff awareness and competency in compliance and controls.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks.
- Location: Lahore & Karachi
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- Relevant experience in compliance and controls within the banking industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
