Position Title: Sr. Manager – Risk Analytics
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Location: Karachi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead, implement, and manage IFRS 9, Basel Capital Standards, and Internal Credit Risk Rating Systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Develop and implement statistical and economic models for Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Credit Conversion Factor (CCF), and Obligor & Facility Risk Ratings. Conduct model validation/testing.
- Develop risk data governance and model risk management framework. Maintain models inventory and related documentation.
- Conduct stress testing of the bank’s portfolio according to SBP Stress Testing guidelines. Provide forward-looking information to management/BRCC on key risk issues.
Skills Required:
- Candidates with qualifications in Data/Actuarial Sciences and Risk Management are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, market and financial analytics (qualitative and quantitative), particularly for credit risk review and reporting.
- Understanding of core banking products and services.
- Professional Qualification – CFA/FRM will be an added advantage.
