Job Title: SR. MANAGER PROCESSING – KNITS

Job Overview: Are you passionate about textile processing, with a deep understanding of Knits Dyeing & Finishing Machines? Do you have the expertise to ensure seamless operations, troubleshoot fabric parameters, and optimize dyeing processes? If so, we invite you to join our team at Utopia as a Senior Manager in Knits Processing. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining top-notch equipment, optimizing processes, and contributing to qualitative improvements in our Knits division.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of Knits dyeing & finishing machines to ensure optimal quality.
- Continuously explore different methods & models to optimize the cost of dyeing processes, resources, and utilities.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and collaborate with colleagues to drive qualitative improvements.
- Manage machine maintenance costs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
- Oversee the selection and application of dyes and chemicals, adhering to quality and environmental standards. Maintain chemical safety awareness and disposal procedures.
- Stay informed about various dyeing machines and processes to make informed decisions.
- Provide comprehensive reporting mechanisms to monitor departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Regularly review and report on key performance indicators.
- Work towards sustainable and cost-effective production management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Chemical, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and strong leadership skills.
