Are you a skilled IT professional with a proven track record in managing the successful implementation of customized ERP solutions? MASTER GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is seeking a Manager Systems Implementation to join our Information Technology team in Karachi. As the Manager of Systems Implementation, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the seamless deployment and integration of tailored ERP solutions across various technology systems within the organization.
Role Description:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for system implementation projects.
- Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders. Assign tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including department heads, business units, and vendors, to thoroughly understand system requirements and expectations.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for implemented systems, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Training: Provide training to end-users and support teams as necessary to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in designing and customizing ERP solutions.
