Position: Manager Sustainability & Industrial Engineering
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Responsibilities & Skills:
As the Manager Sustainability & Industrial Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable practices and optimizing industrial processes. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Develop and Implement Sustainable Practices: Lead efforts to develop and implement sustainable practices within our industrial processes, focusing on efficiency, resource management, and environmental impact improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives and foster a culture of environmental stewardship.
- Optimize Industrial Engineering Projects: Identify opportunities for productivity enhancement and waste reduction, optimizing industrial engineering projects to maximize efficiency and minimize environmental footprint.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Development: Analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies for operational improvement, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any areas of non-compliance.
