Experience Matters: Do you have 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in garment production, specifically in stitching? We are seeking individuals with a proven track record in floor planning and management, particularly in the production of bottom wear, including denim and non-denim apparel. Your expertise in stitching production will be pivotal in ensuring seamless floor execution and meeting production targets effectively.
Qualification Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or any other relevant qualification is essential for this role. We value diversity and encourage applicants from various educational backgrounds to apply.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Stitching Production ERP Systems is a must-have skill for this role.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is crucial for effective communication and data management.
- Females with the requisite qualifications and experience outlined above will be given preference.
Responsibilities You Will Shoulder:
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Uphold product quality assurance and control standards to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper utilization of stitching machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Address and resolve production-related issues promptly, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to maximize output while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Drive towards achieving production targets through effective planning and execution.
