Position Details:
- Position: Assistant Manager – Engineering
- Education: BSc/B-Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Location: Lahore
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Textile Industry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships and collaboration.
Job Scope:
As the Assistant Manager – Engineering, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation and review of project feasibility, planning, design, and execution.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance of day-to-day electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing operations.
- Developing contingency plans for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations and maintenance.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining operations of electronic instruments, equipment, facilities, components, and systems used in the company.
- Creating and implementing a preventive maintenance program for generators, RO (Reverse Osmosis), boilers, and related machinery maintenance.
- Evaluating outsourcing options and managing vendor relationships for equipment maintenance.
- Designing, reviewing, and executing electric power lines, wires, cables, distribution lines (LT/HT), and power generation plants.
