Position Overview:
Lucky Core Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Business Partner to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to our Plant/Factory operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure the financial success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Plant/Factory management to understand their financial needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights into operational performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Provide financial guidance on projects, investments, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
- ACCA or CA qualification is required.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Plant/Factory finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
