Key Responsibilities: As an Executive – Civil at Sapphire, you will play a vital role in maintaining our existing buildings and overseeing ongoing expansion projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular Maintenance: Ensuring the regular upkeep of existing building premises and infrastructures to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Project Supervision: Supervising the progress of ongoing extension projects on-site, making sure they are executed according to plans and within budget.
- Civil Work Execution: Ensuring the smooth execution of planned civil works while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Coordination: Collaborating with other departments, management, and consultants to align project goals and achieve successful outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing plans, survey reports, maps, and other data related to project design to make informed decisions.
Qualifications & Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Skills/Knowledge: We are looking for candidates with the following skills and knowledge:
- Technical Skills in civil engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Total Station, and GPS
- Knowledge of Geo Tech
