Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Supervision: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing valuable insights for informed financial decision-making.
  3. Compliance Management: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial processes for efficiency.
  5. Administrative Oversight: Manage general administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies to maintain a secure and conducive working environment.
  7. Logistics Coordination: Manage factory-related logistics and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of combined experience in accounts, finance, administration, and HR.
