Position: Assistant Manager – Accounts & Admin
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Supervision: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and budgets, providing valuable insights for informed financial decision-making.
- Compliance Management: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize financial processes for efficiency.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage general administrative functions, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies to maintain a secure and conducive working environment.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage factory-related logistics and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of combined experience in accounts, finance, administration, and HR.
