Role Overview: As Sr. Assistant Manager Sales and Merchandising, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. With a minimum of 4-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for effectively managing sales and merchandising activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales and merchandising.
- A graduation degree in Textile Engineering, BBA, MBA, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in team management, staff development, and teamwork.
- Ability to assess risks and implement creative and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively liaising with customers to ensure all agreed requirements are fulfilled.
- Honoring OTIF (On Time In Full) commitments with customers.
- Preparation of costing sheets and prices.
- Ensuring timely dispatch and approval of samples.
- Consistent coordination and follow-up with departments to meet customer requirements.
- On-time development of samples/approvals.
- Handling day-to-day inquiries from customers.
- Developing and dispatching salesman samples on time.
Location: This position is located at our facility near Azam Chowk, Lahore.
