About the Role
The Site Supervisor (B2C) will oversee the execution and management of residential solar installation projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality installation, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. You will be a key player in advancing Beacon Energy’s mission to bring efficient and reliable solar solutions to homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Supervise and manage the installation of solar systems at residential sites.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any on-site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Requirements
- DAE or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering is essential.
Professional Experience
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing residential solar site installations.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and their components.
