Position Overview: JS Bank is seeking two dedicated individuals to fill the role of Service Quality Auditor. As a Service Quality Auditor, you will play a vital role in upholding and enhancing service standards across our operations. Reporting to higher management, you will be responsible for evaluating service delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
Number of Positions: We have two openings available for Service Quality Auditors, offering the chance for qualified candidates to make a significant impact within our organization.
Qualifications and Experience: To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- A graduate degree from an HEC recognized university.
Location: This position is available in Lahore and Islamabad, providing opportunities for candidates in both cities to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities: As a Service Quality Auditor at JS Bank, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits of service delivery processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Identifying gaps and areas for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Generating audit reports and presenting findings to management for review and action.
