Position: Manager Warehouse (PMS) – Packing Materials Store
Company: Global Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As the Manager of the Packing Materials Store (PMS), you will be responsible for overseeing various warehousing activities, material management, and inventory control. Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Handling overall store activities, from material receipt to dispensing, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Coordinating and following up with Procurement and Import Departments to ensure materials availability according to production demands.
- Ensuring the proper receipt of packing materials in terms of quality and quantity.
- Maintaining accurate and timely dispensing of packing materials.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring compliance with GMP documentation through the preparation of SOP.
- Supervising the flow of paperwork within PMS, including receiving, issuance, transfers, and data input.
- Designing and implementing a preventive maintenance program for warehouse facilities.
- Maintaining high sanitation standards in the Packing Material Store.
- Ensuring the safe operation of equipment and providing training to junior colleagues.
- Motivating and organizing the workforce, encouraging teamwork, and evaluating staff performance.
- Supervising the Over-printing section, ensuring timely over-printing of packing components for production departments.
Additional Skills Required:
- Capable of managing a workforce.
- Team player, self-driven, and proactive.
- Analytical and communicative with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in computer software, particularly SAP/SCM System.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualification:
- Minimum qualification of B. Pharmacy/Graduate.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
