Required Education: DAE / B.Tech
Required Experience: 4-6 years
Required Skills:
- Expert in CAD modeling software (Creo, AutoCAD, and CATIA)
- Knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures, and Dies
- Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
- Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Mechanical design expertise
Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze detailed CAD drawings and designs.
- Proficiency in BIW Tool Design (Welding and Checking Fixtures / Jigs / Other Equipment)
- Oversee and manage project timelines for tooling and fixtures.
- Understanding of BIW Assembling processes and Automotive Manufacturing.
- Knowledge and Operating skills of Portable CMM.
- Assist in designing field layouts for projects.
- Optimize processes of Jigs and Fixtures.
- Assist with shop floor day-to-day challenges associated with CAD designs.
