We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Executive specializing in Garments to join our team. Based in the bustling Korangi Industrial Area of Karachi, this role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely availability of supplies for garment production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the timely availability of fabrics and other supplies from both in-house and outsourced operations.
- Take proactive follow-up measures to ensure daily production outcomes meet the required targets across key supply chain processes.
- Prepare consolidated dashboard reports summarizing key metrics and outcomes for various business divisions, disseminating this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and highlight any gaps between planned and actual outcomes, implementing corrective measures as necessary to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of fabric production processes, contributing insights to optimize supply chain operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, particularly within the garments industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with fabric production processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
