As a Senior Product Manager at Meezan Bank Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the bank’s products and services. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps to drive the growth and profitability of assigned products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product enhancements or new product development.
- Define product requirements and specifications, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, technology, and operations teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with the technology team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure the smooth implementation of new products or features.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Develop pricing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and product messaging.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure they have a deep understanding of the product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the assigned products.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or a related degree.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred.
- Previous experience in product management or a related field is advantageous.
