Position: Senior Officer/Officer – Service Quality Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Specification:

  1. Service Quality Development:
    • Participate in the development, planning, and implementation of service quality and monitoring/inspection processes.
    • Ensure adherence to company Business Principles and Corporate Values.
  2. Account Opening QA:
    • Perform Quality Assurance of Account Opening processes, identifying and rectifying discrepancies related to data entry.
  3. Monitoring and Analysis:
    • Input monitoring data onto a database and analyze it to identify areas of concern.
    • Implement initiatives for the complaint management process flow to enhance service excellence.
  4. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Participate in the implementation of controls within the business unit to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
    • Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, including KYC.
  5. Reporting and Evaluation:
    • Provide accurate and complete MIS reporting for management review.
    • Conduct branch visits to assess service quality for continuous improvement.
  6. Customer Interaction:
    • Perform Mystery Calling activities for Branch & Call Centre staff to assess call handling etiquettes & product knowledge.
    • Evaluate the quality and product knowledge of call centre staff.
  7. Customer Satisfaction Surveys:
    • Conduct NPS calling to gauge customer satisfaction levels.
    • Participate in other Customer Satisfaction Surveys as required.

Education & Specification:

  • Candidates should be at least Graduate/Masters with a minimum of two to four years’ experience, preferably in asset management companies/banking.
  • Any certification related to Quality Assurance is a plus.
