📌 Position Overview

As the Senior Manager – Compliance & HRMS, you will be responsible for ensuring that all HR practices adhere to labor laws, organizational policies, and internal audit standards. 🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for the Senior Manager – Compliance & HRMS position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Academic Qualification:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Qualification:
  • Certification in FLOW HCM and/or CHRP is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR compliance and HRMS management.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with FLOW HCM or a similar HRMS platform.

As the Senior Manager – Compliance & HRMS, your role will include:

• Compliance Management:
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
