- Legal Advisory & Compliance
✔ Provide expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
✔ Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s legal framework and industry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Certification
– LLB/LLM from a recognized university
– Licensed to practice law in Pakistan - Experience
– 8-10 years of post-qualification experience
– Prior experience in corporate law practice (law firm or in-house)
– Strong background in contract law, corporate law, and commercial litigation - Skills & Competencies
