**Position: District Sales Manager**
**Location:** Vehari
**Department:** Sales & Marketing
**Reporting To:** Regional Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
As District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
✔ **Sales Leadership:**
– Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned district
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies

✔ **Dealer & Distributor Management:**
– Strengthen relationships with existing dealers/distributors
– Identify and onboard new channel partners

✔ **Market Development:**
– Conduct market visits to assess demand and competition
– Expand market share in assigned territory

✔ **Team Management:**
– Lead and motivate field sales team
– Conduct regular performance reviews

✔ **Reporting & Analysis:**
– Prepare sales forecasts and reports
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends

**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
– 5+ years of sales experience (agricultural inputs/fertilizers sector preferred)
– Strong understanding of Vehari’s agricultural market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Proven leadership abilities
– Willingness to travel extensively within the district
