As a Senior Executive – Quality Assurance at McDonald’s Pakistan, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality standards in food safety, cleanliness, and operational processes within the organization. This entry-level position requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and processes in compliance with McDonald’s global standards and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of restaurant facilities to assess compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Train and educate restaurant staff on food safety practices, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor and analyze food handling and preparation processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, training, and supply chain, to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and investigate customer complaints related to food quality, service, or cleanliness, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of ingredients and materials used in the restaurants.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Hospitality, or Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and quality control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and educate staff on quality assurance practices.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with auditing processes and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Prior experience in the food industry or quality assurance is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
