Job Description: As an Assistant Manager – Health Insurance, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Receiving and checking all health claims for processing.
  • Working under the Manager claims to settle the claims in the system.
  • Following up for payment cheques with accounts.
  • Sending letters to customers indicating reasons for rejection/short payment of claims.
  • Keeping a check on IPD and OPD limits of the insured.
  • Preparing reports for the Manager and Claims Head.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors: To be eligible for the Assistant Manager – Health Insurance position, candidates should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: Graduate, preferably Masters.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
