Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee critical aspects of our Environmental Management System (EMS) and industrial hygiene practices. Your responsibilities will include:
- EMS Audits: Conducting comprehensive audits of our EMS across fertilizer sites, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Incident Analysis: Performing detailed analysis of yearly incidents, leveraging findings to enhance safety protocols and minimize risks.
- Report Development: Creating insightful reports based on EMS audits and incident analyses, presenting key insights and recommendations to site leads.
- HSE Audits: Facilitating quarterly Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) audits, compiling detailed reports highlighting areas of improvement and compliance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in environmental management, industrial hygiene, or a similar capacity within the chemical engineering domain.
