Position: Floor Manager – Food

Are you a seasoned professional in the retail industry with a passion for food products and a knack for leadership? Imtiaz is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to oversee our Food categories, including Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery, Grocery, and Non-Food items. If you have a strong background in retail operations, specialized knowledge of food-related products, and a track record of achieving sales targets, we want you to join our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Masters.
• 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role within retail operations of food categories.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Plan, monitor, control, and direct all selling activities to ensure the attainment of established sales targets and profit margins, while maintaining acceptable shrinkage levels.
• Product Expertise: Possess specialized product knowledge of the food-related product line.
• Inventory Management: Review and approve daily, weekly, or permanent ordering to ensure merchandise availability within acceptable stock levels and service standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the buying team to execute negotiated promotional campaigns that require special merchandising displays.
