Key Accountabilities: As a pivotal member of our team, the SAP Analyst will be responsible for several key accountabilities, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of our production processes. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
- Finish and Semi-Finish Process Orders: Your primary responsibility will be the seamless closing of finish and semi-finish process orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Shift Reports and IR Preparation: Prepare Incident Reports (IR) and shift close reports at the end of each shift, facilitating smooth transitions and comprehensive documentation.
- Stock Taking Analysis in SAP: Conduct stock-taking analyses within SAP, tracing materials and batches to maintain precise inventory records.
- Warehouse Stock Checks: Perform raw material and semi-finish stock checks in the warehouse, ensuring alignment with SAP data.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Power BI for data analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors: To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelors in IT/CS: A strong educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: While experience is preferred, we encourage passionate and skilled individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience to apply.
- SAP Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP certification being a distinct advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the team.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills to convey insights and findings effectively.
- MS Excel Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
