Position Overview: Trainee Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical/electronic equipment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Develop a deep understanding of Far Eastern Impex products and services to effectively address customer needs.
- Demonstrate a willingness to travel frequently to client sites for service calls and technical support.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering high-quality service.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
