Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer at Berger Paints, you will play a vital role in our sales force. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving targets. If you have a passion for sales and possess the required experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell Berger Paints products to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in sales in a renowned general industry, fan industry, powder coating industry, printing inks industry, packaging, or chemical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
