Job Title: Zonal Excellence Manager – FSD

Location: Faisalabad (FSD)
Job Role: As the Zonal Excellence Manager in Faisalabad, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing operational performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring operations KPI reports and conducting analysis for Express and Logistics.
- Analyzing and monitoring E-Commerce (E-Com) performance and identifying performance gaps.
- Analyzing and addressing operational issues within the zone.
- Assisting in resolving claims, resolutions, and non-compliances.
- Conducting periodic performance audits and cycle counts in branches.
- Holding regular performance sessions with the Operations team to implement upgrades and system improvements.
- Coordinating with the region and Head Office Excellence teams for performance reporting.
Job Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A strong operational background with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team management skills.
- Proficiency in time management.
- MS Excel expertise for report generation.
- A positive attitude towards challenges and continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
