Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive in Quality Control (Apparel) at Nizam Sons (Pvt) Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality in our garment production processes. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position:
- Supervision and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to quality control staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to established quality standards.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate skill development for team members to enhance their capabilities.
- Promoting Quality Consciousness: Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging proactive approaches to quality assurance.
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Analyze quality control data and trends to identify areas for improvement. Implement process enhancements that optimize quality and operational efficiency.
- Streamlining Procedures: Recommend and implement strategies to streamline quality control procedures, ensuring effectiveness and consistency across operations.
Experience and Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:
- 03-04 years of experience in the garments industry, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Textile Engineering or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in quality control techniques and procedures, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a passion for ensuring product excellence.
