Position: Sales Manager – Cosmetics
Qualification:
- Masters degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Team management experience.
Location:
- Head Office, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and motivate the sales team to achieve profitable results.
- Set and establish sales targets in alignment with the sales plan.
- Assist in developing the annual sales plan, covering sales, revenues, and expense controls.
- Regularly observe the performance of the sales team in the field.
- Provide on-the-job training to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
- Plan, recruit, and manage the sales team to accomplish objectives.
- Focus on salons to enhance product visibility and increase sales volumes.
- Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities.
