The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. From administrative tasks to collaborating with marketing teams, your responsibilities will span a wide range of activities aimed at driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documents to keep the team informed and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement to drive sales growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong persuasive and analytical skills to influence decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration to achieve common objectives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive sales performance.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
