Position Overview: MIS Officer – Product & Special Initiatives – CRBG
As an MIS Officer in the Commercial & Retail Banking Group, you will be at the forefront of driving product innovation and executing special initiatives. This role requires a candidate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institution, coupled with advanced Excel skills. - Comparative Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis for special initiatives and industry-wide banking products & services, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research on new and innovative banking products and services, contributing to the bank’s competitive edge.
- Timely Project Delivery: Ensure timely delivery on assigned tasks and projects, showcasing your ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
- Product Development: Collaborate on the development of product requirements and roadmaps, highlighting key challenges and opportunities within the product suite.
- Marketing and Strategy: Contribute to the marketing efforts by ensuring products are promoted on a timely basis. Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the bank’s vision.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, including the digitization of processes for enhanced efficiency.
- IT Coordination: Collaborate with the IT department for the development of required helpful MISes on T24 reporting portal.
- Business Transformation: Provide assistance in planning and execution of business transformation initiatives, contributing to the bank’s continuous growth.
