Position: Sales Associates (Retail Outlet)
Education: FA/BA or equivalent
Location: Lahore
Essential Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good communication skills
Job Scope:
As a Sales Associate at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to the store
- Responding to customer inquiries and guiding them about products within the store
- Improving customer engagement and providing outstanding service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Actively contributing to increasing in-store sales by promoting products and highlighting promotions and opportunities to customers
- Demonstrating superior product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
