Key Responsibilities
The selected PMC Department Head will be responsible for managing production and material planning activities while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.
Major responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute monthly, weekly, and daily production plans according to sales demand and manufacturing capacity.
- Ensure materials are available for production by planning requirements and coordinating with import and supply-chain teams.
- Secure the materials required for next-day production.
- Manage SAP production activities, including production orders, BOM accuracy, COGI resolution, and WMS updates.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, Inventory, and Line In-charges to resolve material and production-order issues.
- Lead OPSI planning, budgeting, ordering, and business planning activities.
- Conduct and manage daily production reviews.
- Handle MRN processes for rejected parts.
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant audit requirements.
- Work across departments to ensure production and operational targets are achieved.
Education Requirements
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
MBA in Supply Chain Management, or
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, material management, and supply-chain processes.
