Job Requirements:
Education:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement employee rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of rewards and organizational development strategies with business objectives.
- Evaluate and refine the company’s compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain high-caliber employees.
- Develop and execute performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational development, change management, and talent development.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark the organization’s compensation and benefits packages against industry standards.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while managing compensation and benefits administration.
