Job Description: As a Relationship Manager at Meezan Bank, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, generating new business, and cross-selling banking products to drive revenue for the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the bank’s customer base.
- Cross-sell a range of banking products and services to meet customer needs and generate revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Stay up-to-date with Islamic finance trends and regulations to provide accurate and compliant advice.
Requirements:
- Fresh to one year of working experience in a similar role.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with any discipline from an HEC recognized university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Islamic finance principles is a plus.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
