As part of their ongoing efforts to ensure product quality and maintain the highest standards in food safety, they are looking for a qualified and experienced QA Executive to join their team in the Raw & Packaging Materials Lab.
Job Summary
The QA Executive will be responsible for overseeing the quality control procedures for raw materials and packaging materials used in the production of dairy products. This role ensures that all incoming raw materials and packaging comply with the company’s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raw Material Testing: Conduct tests on raw materials used in dairy production to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
- Packaging Materials Testing: Perform tests on packaging materials to ensure they are suitable for use in food production and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests and procedures for raw and packaging materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely availability of materials.
- Compliance: Ensure that all materials comply with both internal quality standards and external regulatory guidelines.
- Quality Audits: Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety standards.
- Ability to conduct detailed testing and analysis of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
