Key Responsibilities:
As the Team Lead Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Operations Management: Oversee and manage the sales operations team to ensure smooth processes for reporting, inventory coordination, and expense control.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver sales reports on a regular basis to ensure accurate tracking of performance and goals. Utilize tools like SAP and Power BI for detailed analysis and insights.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet sales demands while minimizing stockouts or excess stock.
- Expense Control: Collaborate with the finance team to control expenses related to sales operations, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of objectives and smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: BBA/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, reporting, inventory coordination, and expense control within the dairy or FMCG industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Power BI is required to effectively manage operations and generate insightful reports.
- Strong Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
