Job Description
As a Production Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the operations team to ensure smooth production processes.
- Maintaining and optimizing process efficiency, including cost analysis of manufacturing operations.
- Utilizing and optimizing crew resources to meet production targets and quality standards.
Nature of Experience
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, specifically in automation of process lines.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Sigma Lean methodologies.
Core Competencies
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Good technical skills in electrical engineering related to production processes.
- Sound analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Strong team building and team management skills.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc Electrical) or equivalent.

This position is based in Muridke.
