Job Description
As a Technical Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and resolving quality-related issues in fabric manufacturing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting root-cause analyses for quality issues and designing new initiatives based on findings (e.g., new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) design, ERP upgrades, conducting trials).
- Evaluating and analyzing performance issues on the production floor, such as efficiency bottlenecks and dyeing issues, to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
Ideal Profile
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Research & Development (R&D), core processes, or operations within the textile industry.
- Prior experience in a similar role involving project management and quality improvement initiatives.
