Key Requirements:
Are you ready to lead and manage the operations of a power plant? Nishat is looking for a qualified Plant Manager to oversee our Captive Power division at Bhikki.
- Qualification: Marine or Mechanical Engineer
- Experience: 5-7 years in a managerial role at a power plant
As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our power plant facilities. From overseeing maintenance activities to optimizing plant performance, your leadership will be critical in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Boiler Incharge
Key Requirements:
Are you an expert in boiler operations with a passion for driving excellence? Nishat is seeking a qualified Boiler Incharge to join our team in Lahore.
- Qualification: DAE Mechanical & A-Class Boiler Engineer
- Experience: 4-5 years in power plant operations, with a focus on coal CFBC boiler and steam turbine plants
As the Boiler Incharge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our boiler systems. From conducting inspections to implementing maintenance schedules, your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our power generation processes.
