Position Overview: As a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in the Human Resource department, you will embark on a journey of learning and growth. This role is designed for individuals who have recently completed their BBA or MBA in HR with a CGPA above 3 and are looking to gain practical experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Employee Onboarding, Trainings, and HR projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources.
- Minimum CGPA of 3 or above.
Responsibilities & Skills: As an MTO-Human Resource, you will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Participating in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: Assisting in fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
- Employee Onboarding: Contributing to the onboarding process for new hires.
- Training: Supporting the planning and execution of employee training programs.
- HR Projects: Involvement in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn with a proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
MTO Training Duration: The MTO Training duration for this role is 1 year, during which you will gain valuable experience and knowledge in the field of Human Resource.
