Position Overview:
As a Planning Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the on-time planning of finishing machines and maximizing the utilization of production capacity. You will be responsible for overseeing shortfall planning, checking, revision, and the efficient distribution of fabric. Additionally, maintaining a comprehensive production status report and implementing strategies for sustaining shuffling and zero positioning of lots will be key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Time Planning: Efficiently plan the utilization of finishing machines to meet production deadlines.
- Capacity Utilization: Ensure maximum utilization of production capacity through strategic planning.
- Shortfall Planning: Identify and address any shortfalls in planning, revising plans as necessary.
- Fabric Distribution: Oversee the distribution of fabric, optimizing resources for enhanced productivity.
- Production Status Reports: Maintain detailed production status reports for effective decision-making.
- Lot Positioning: Implement strategies for sustaining shuffling and zero positioning of lots in the production process.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques, such as FMEA, to identify and address problems in dyeing units.
Ideal Profile:
To thrive in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: A maximum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in the textile industry.
