As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that the bank operates in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career in compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting compliance reviews to assess the bank’s adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform periodic monitoring and testing of key compliance controls and procedures.
- Identify and report any compliance violations or potential risks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and procedures.
- Conduct research on new and emerging regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Support in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in various business areas.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective actions and recommendations from internal and external audits.
- Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on compliance-related topics.
- Maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in Karachi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
