Job Overview
As an Officer IE (Industrial Engineering), you will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring efficiency on the stitching floor. Your responsibilities will include verifying stitching operations, analyzing garment complexity during production, and preparing balance scorecards to monitor productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify all stitching operations and ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct garment complexity analysis to optimize production efficiency.
- Reconcile section-wise activities on the stitching floor.
- Prepare hourly balance scorecards to track and improve productivity metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant industry (preferably textile manufacturing).
- Strong understanding of stitching processes and production floor dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
