About the Role

The Audit Executive – Commercial will be responsible for conducting detailed audits of commercial operations, including distributor incentives, sales performance, inventory verification, and operational expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Incentive Audits

• Verify incentives for distributors, sales teams, bulk teams, and MEM (Chillers)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Investigate and resolve incentive-related discrepancies

Sales Performance Analysis

• Conduct audits of secondary sales channels
• Identify outlets with low or zero sales activity
• Evaluate exclusive account performance based on agreement terms

Inventory & Stock Verification

• Verify low-fill claims from distributors
• Conduct stock counts at distribution centers
• Identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy

Store & Operational Audits

• Conduct monthly audits of raw material and packaging stores
• Report findings and recommend corrective actions

Expense & Vendor Review

• Review transport and fleet-related expenses
• Verify vendor bills and identify abnormal cost trends
• Support cost control initiatives

Reporting & Management Insights

• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management
• Provide recommendations for operational improvements
• Highlight risks and compliance issues

System & Complaint Management

• Manage the Incident Management Portal
• Ensure timely resolution of complaints and system-related issues

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:

• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
• ACMA (Associate Cost and Management Accountant)
• CA Inter (Chartered Accountancy Intermediate)
• MBA in Finance

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Preference for candidates from manufacturing or FMCG industries
