Position Title: Officer Centralized Account Services Unit (CASU)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institution
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centralized Account Opening Environment

Location: Karachi
Roles and Responsibilities: As an Officer in the Centralized Account Services Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing efficient services to both internal teams and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Document Verification: Verify and confirm that all documentation for new and discrepant accounts received from branches complies with AML/CFT regulations, bank policies, and SOPs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and handling of all responsibilities related to the job assignment.
- Service Quality: Ensure the delivery of quality, efficient, and prompt services to both internal teams and external customers, reflecting Soneri Bank’s commitment to excellence.
- Timely Processing: Ensure error-free and timely processing of Account Opening Forms (AOF) to meet agreed deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.
- Audit Compliance: Maintain departmental satisfactory audit ratings from both internal and external audits by adhering to established procedures and standards.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
